What is Psychedelic integration?
Psychedelic integration refers to taking the gained insights, emotions, or attitudes from your experience, and processing them into desired areas of your life. Integration as a general definition means “bringing parts together to make a whole.” ​

Why do I need to integrate?
Integration after a psychedelic experience is essential because these experiences can be intense, disorienting, or deeply transformative—and without thoughtful reflection and support, their meaning and impact can be lost, misunderstood, or even cause psychological distress. The Integration counselor will then help to interpret any symbolism or emotional insights that may have occurred during the session.​​​
